What is NormaTec Compression Therapy?

What to expect when booking the Recovery Room?
The recovery room is to be used however you wish. During you session kick back and relax in our recliners. Pop on your favourite show on our TVs, bring your laptop to catch up on some work or your favourite book to read while the NormaTec system helps relieve some of those aches and pains you are feeling.
We have leg, arm and hip attachments available.
Hyperice massage guns are also available at each station for your use, as well as a vibration rollers and vibration trigger point balls.

This option gives you one 15 minute block using our NormaTec compression machines - Default option is the leg attachment but arm and hip/lower back attachments are available on request. Hyper Ice massage guns, Vyper vibration roller and Hypersphere trigger point ball all available for use throughout the duration of your session.
