Class Types

Reformer Essentials

Reformer Essentials introduces you to the core movements of Reformer Pilates. This class is a good introduction if you are new to Reformer Pilates designed to help you grasp the basics and prepare you for our tone class. This class focuses on shorter sequences with regular breaks, giving you the chance to connect the principles of Pilates with your mind, body, and breath at a pace that suits you.

Reformer Tone

Our Reformer tone class blends resistance training with targeted exercises to tone your muscles. Guided by our skilled instructors, this session boosts muscle endurance, enhances core stability, and strengthens your overall physique. As you advance, you'll engage in longer sequences and smoothly transition between movements with varying intensities, all while minimizing spring adjustments and rest. This dynamic workout is designed to refine your physique and elevate your fitness.

Reformer Recovery

This class is your ideal active recovery session, designed to enhance your well-being with feel-good movements, dynamic stretches, and improved mobility. We'll also incorporate core work to strengthen and stabilize your center. You'll be guided through a mindful, slow pace, allowing your body to release stiffness and tension, and leaving you feeling refreshed, energized, and revitalized. Suitable for all levels, the class includes modifications throughout, so you can adjust the intensity of the stretches and core exercises based on your needs and how you feel each day.

Memberships and class packs can be used for any classes but we recommend using your weekly credits on essentials or tone classes and purchase reformer recovery single sessions as that class are much cheaper that our normal classes.
